In this first installment of “Who Put the “Should” in Proverbs 22:6? I begin to engage the danger of messing with texts that so many use as an anchor of hope in their own parenting. It’s almost as bad as not liking someone’s pet. We consider the problems associated with this text in both translation and application. Enjoy.
